I’m Heather, a neurodivergent yoga teacher. I began my yoga practice to manage stress and anxiety, but found many of the practices inaccessible to me as a neurodivergent person. I adapted these practices to meet my needs, and now I help others do the same.

What is a private yoga session?

Private sessions are a safe space to explore your practice at your own pace, guided by an instructor with lived experience. I tailor each session to your individual needs, preferences, and sensory experiences. Whether you’re looking to:

I look forward to guiding you through a personalized practice that honors your unique neurodivergent experience!
